Psychitrack offers an extensive library of exercises and movement programs that we can tailor to your specific needs and goals. This allows Physioplanet to provide you with a customized program designed specifically to help you recover.
Physical therapy help at your convenience
Physitrack’s app offers educational materials, such as videos and animations, to help you understand how your body works and how to promote recovery.
These videos are available 24/7, allowing you to use them at your convenience. This makes it a flexible way of treatment!
